Is there a cost to browse candidates?
No. Browsing the talent feed is completely free. You only pay a placement fee when you make a confirmed hire through Mellow.
How is the placement fee calculated?
We charge 10% of the candidate's first-year salary, invoiced on confirmation of hire. No hire, no fee โ€” ever.
What kinds of roles can I hire for?
Any role where personality and communication matter โ€” which is almost all of them. Mellow works especially well for client-facing, creative, commercial, and team-lead positions where culture fit is critical.
How quickly can I start seeing candidates?
Post a role and you have immediate access to the talent feed. As we build the platform, early employer partners will get priority access to the first wave of candidate profiles.
Is Mellow only for Bahrain?
